Refund & Return Policy

At WanderBeauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we only accept returns if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at [Insert Email] with:

  • Order ID
  • Photo of the product
  • Reason for return

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will:

  • Inspect the item(s)
  • Notify you of the refund status

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used/opened products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, they fall under our return policy.
